11 GATHERINGS
( Over 7 months )
Your leadership team (Core Team) will meet 11 times together over a period of 7 months. Six gatherings (listed below) are the full gatherings of the two or three Core Teams (ministries) who have joined the TEAMM program.
In addition to these 6 times together (monthly gatherings), your Core Team will meet individually (mid-month gatherings) as a team between each of the larger monthly gatherings to make further progress on the Topic of the Month. Your team will be asked to consider inviting additional staff to these mid month meetings.
ONE ON ONE
Pastor/Director Meeting
Your TEAMM Guide will meet individually with the Pastor/Director for a 1-2 hour meeting the week immediately after each TEAMM gathering reviewing the progress made and discuss agenda items for next mid month meeting.

The opening retreat (Mar 14-15) and the day retreat on Aug 23rd will be at Mother Cabrini Shrine. All other Monthly gatherings will be at Issachar Center. Your Core team will determine the date and location of your mid month gatherings. It is strongly recommended that these be planned for a location away from the ministry site.
